目的了解医院感染现状及抗菌药物使用情况,为制定医院感染监控措施和有效开展目标性监测提供依据。方法调查2012年9月8日0∶00-24∶00医院所有住院患者,下发相关调查的通知,专题培训,采用床旁调查和查阅住院病历相结合的方法,填写统一的个案调查表,将调查结果进行统计分析。结果应查住院患者530例,实查512例,实查率96.60%;医院感染现患率为3.13%、例次感染率为3.32%;感染部位以呼吸道为主,占58.82%,其次为泌尿道,占29.41%;抗菌药物使用率为42.19%。结论通过调查查找医院感染工作薄弱点;制定医院感染防控措施;加强重点科室和高危人群的感染监控;减少侵入性操作;强化细菌培养送检意识;合理使用抗菌药物,降低医院感染发生率。
Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection and the use of antibacterials in order to provide the basis for the establishment of monitoring measures for nosocomial infection and the effective monitoring of the target. Conclusions Through investigation, we can find out the weak points of nosocomial infection; to make the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection; to strengthen the surveillance of infections in key departments and high-risk groups; to reduce the invasive operation; to strengthen the consciousness of submission for bacterial culture; to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections by rational use of antimicrobial agents.
