The Chinese Health, Culture and Sports union will step up its efforts to increase source participation and promote the harmonious and stable labor relations. Actively participate in “Labor Contract Law”, “Outline of National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan”, “Opinions on Implementation of Performance Wages in Compulsory Education Schools”, “Suggestions on Deepening Medical and Health System Reform”, “Regulations on Personnel Management in Public Institutions”, “ Interim Provisions on the Leading Staff of Units ”and a series of important regulations and policies concerning the immediate interests of employees. Submitted to the NPC Law Work Committee and relevant departments “research reports on personnel dispatch of public institutions” and called for rectification of the phenomenon of teachers being dispatched.
