通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法,对400 t/年预还原氨合成催化剂扩产项目的职业病危害因素进行分析,评价其职业病危害防护设施的控制效果。该扩产项目在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有其他粉尘、氨、镍及其无机化合物、噪声、工频电场。现场检测结果显示各岗位的职业病危害因素浓度(或强度)均低于国家现行标准。该扩产项目职业病危害控制措施防护效果达到国家标准要求。
Through occupational health field investigation, occupational hazards detection, occupational health examination and other methods, analysis of 400 t / year pre-reduction ammonia synthesis catalyst expansion project occupational hazards and evaluation of occupational hazards prevention and control facilities.
