近10 a临床发现药物滥用者感染性疾病如艾滋病、肝炎、霉菌病等发病率很高,由此促使人们去探究药物滥用与免疫功能损伤之间的关系。现已知毒品对免疫系统的影响通过以下几个途径:1.直接作用于淋巴细胞;2.作用于辅助细胞;3.通过中枢神经系统介质;4.通过神经内分泌及自主神经系统途经。一、动物试验绵羊红细胞免疫的大鼠给吗啡1 wk后,可观察到脾重减轻,脾细胞数下降,对抗绵羊红细胞的溶血素形成量减少,对T依赖抗原及苦味酸卵白蛋白抗原诱导产生的抗体量显著减少。
