中国市场对于回归人士是否有需求?回归人士是否适应中国的金融环境?回归人士是否接受薪金落差?文波贝祥投资集团董事总经理国内的资本市场还很初级,当然大量需要这类人才。如果他们能客观对待国内薪水相对华尔街较低的现状,把关注点放在合理的长期职业规划上,国内应该有非常充足的岗位。中资机构其实大量需要这些人才,(在谈的过程中)多半会因为双方期望的差异、国有体制的环境等带来一些问题。
