茶楼书场是清及近代苏州人听书、娱乐、聚会的主要场所之一,是苏州民间说唱艺术发展的主要平台。人员的集聚给茶楼书场赋予了社会功能,社会功能的具有使茶楼书场具有了增强社会稳定与情感交流、沟通的作用。就此本文从整合、交流、导向三个方面对茶楼书场的社会功能进行了探究,为茶楼书场在当下的保护与传承提供科研思路。
