针对三坐标测量机在实际使用中存在的培训周期长,教学成本高等问题,采用虚拟现实技术设计了三坐标测量机的虚拟仿真系统。该系统由虚拟测量机主机软件、仿真PC-DMIS系统和虚拟操作手柄软件组成,可完成三维特征的识别、拟合和评价及多种形状尺寸的全流程测量仿真,并首次实现了多屏幕协同操作和所见即所得的测量效果,有效降低了三坐标测量的学习培训周期,同时可用于对真实设备的联接和对远程设备的图形化操作。
