电子测量仪器在国民经济建设中有着极其重要的地位,电子测量仪器的水平又是衡量国家科技水平的标志。它既是高技术密集型,又是更新换代特别快的产品。目前,国际上电子测量仪器品种繁多,智能化程度越来越高,非电量测量仪器数量剧增。近年来,我国电子工业面临着严峻的考验和冲击。如果没有正确的政策和有力的措施,必然使国内一大批生产电子测量仪器的制造厂转产或倒闭。为此,要采取以下措施:
