针对目前国内海洋石油平台桩基工程中打入大直径超长桩时经常出现的拒锤、应力过大造成坏桩等工程问题,海洋工程中急需填补在桩基打入的同时缺少必要的监控手段和在打桩结束后缺少检验桩基设计承载力方法的空白。在海洋桩基工程很难做静载试验的情况下,在国内首次使用高应变动测技术对海洋石油平台桩基打桩过程进行全程监控,并且进行了评估其桩基承载力的复打测试。在试验的基础上,重点研究分析了高应变动测在海洋石油平台全程监控中的适用性以及在评估其桩基承载力方面的可靠性。结果表明高应变动测技术在海洋石油平台桩基监控和检验方面具有重要作用。
In order to solve the engineering problems such as bad pile caused by over-stressing and large-diameter extra-long piles in the pile foundation engineering of domestic offshore oil platform, there is an urgent need to fill in the lack of necessary monitoring Means and the lack of a way to check the design capacity of pile foundations at the end of piling. In the case of marine pile foundation engineering which is difficult to do static load test, the first time using high strain dynamic measurement technology in offshore platform to monitor the pile foundation piling process, and to evaluate the pile bearing capacity of the re-test. On the basis of the experiment, this paper mainly analyzes and analyzes the applicability of high-strain dynamic testing in the whole offshore oil platform monitoring and its reliability in assessing the bearing capacity of pile foundation. The results show that high-strain dynamic measurement technology plays an important role in the monitoring and inspection of offshore oil platform pile foundation.
