为认真贯彻自治区党委和自治区人民政府《关于开展我区地方志编纂工作的决定》,我公司党委在1984年7月研究决定:成立纺织公司《纺织志》编纂办公室。办公室暂定五人,设顾问一人,主任一人,主编及编辑三人,八月间陆续到职,开始工作。 三个月来,办公室人员边学习,边摸索,齐心协力,做了大量工作:(1)拟定了新疆通志《纺织工业志》编纂方案及篇目。修志人员在学习和初步掌握修志知识的基础上,拟定了《纺织志》编纂方案及篇目。初稿共分为五篇、三十章、一百四十三节,附录十七条。全书计划40到50万字,三年脱稿;(2)撰写了1984年《新疆年鉴》纺织条目在十月底以前已全部完 In order to conscientiously implement the “Decision on Carrying out the Compilation of Local Records in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region” by the Party Committee and the Municipal People’s Government of our autonomous region, the party committee of our company decided in July 1984 to set up a compilation office for Textile Magazine “Textile Zhi”.
