本文根据实验提出用三点弯曲声发射测得的脆断强度可定量地表示渗硼共晶层的“脆断脆性”;严格定出测试条件,用砂轮磨削可定量地计算渗硼共晶层的“相对剥落脆性”。试验证明,渗硼共晶化处理后的脆性比渗硼正火处理后的脆性要低。本文还探讨了共晶层表面残余应力与脆性的关系。
In this paper, we propose that the brittle fracture strength measured by three-point bending acoustic emission quantitatively expresses the “brittle fracture brittleness” of the boronizing eutectic layer according to the experiment. The test conditions are strictly determined and the boronizing Eutectic layer “relative peeling brittleness ”. The test shows that the brittleness after the boronizing eutectic treatment is lower than that after the boronizing normalizing treatment. The paper also discusses the relationship between residual stress and brittleness on the surface of eutectic layer.
