本文报道一起因食用工业用盐引起的亚急性铊中毒。据河龙村的调查,村民144户;共有645人,其中130户购买了工业盐(铊含量为111～255mg/kg),食用人数达600多人,在3～4个月内共发生中毒病人266例,年龄最小的1岁,最大64岁,男性146例,女性120例。主要临床表现有头昏、头痛、肢体麻木疼痛,易倦乏力,毛发脱落,尿铊阳性等。全部病人经对症及二巯基丁二酸钠排毒治疗均获痊愈。
This article reports the subacute thallium poisoning caused by the consumption of industrial salt. According to the investigation of Heilong Village, there are 144 villagers; a total of 645 people, of whom 130 have purchased industrial salt (111 ~ 255mg / kg of thallium) and consumed more than 600 people and poisoned within 3 ~ 4 months 266 patients, the youngest 1 year old, maximum 64 years old, 146 males and 120 females. The main clinical manifestations are dizziness, headache, numbness, pain, fatigue, fatigue, hair loss, urine thallium positive and so on. All patients were symptomatic and sodium dimercaptosuccinate detoxification treatment were cured.
