结合芷江县舞水大桥钢管混凝土工程,通过对混凝土强度,工作性能和膨胀率等影响因素综合设计,控制钢管混凝土含气量,制备出C50自密实微膨胀钢管核心混凝土,结果表明:自密实微膨胀钢管核心混凝土的工作性能、黏聚性、匀质性均良好,3 d抗压强度达到43 MPa,28 d钢管密闭条件下膨胀率大于2.1×10-4,28 d弹性模量≥3.8×104MPa,满足了设计施工要求,有效地解决钢管混凝土普遍存在的脱黏现象。
Combined with the concrete-filled CFST project of Zhushui Dashiushui Bridge in Zhijiang County, the C50 self-compacting micro-expansive steel tube core concrete was prepared by comprehensively designing the concrete strength, workability and expansion rate and controlling the gas content of the concrete filled steel tube. The results show that self- The workability, cohesiveness and homogeneity of the expanded concrete core concrete are good, the compressive strength reaches 43 MPa at 3 d, the expansion rate under the confined steel tube condition of 28 d at 28 d is more than 2.1 × 10-4, the elastic modulus at 28 d ≥ 3.8 × 104MPa, to meet the design and construction requirements, effectively solve the common phenomenon of concrete de-sticking.
