孔子义利观属于官德范畴 ,其思想来源上承周代“敬德保民”,下接当时的“幅利”观点 ,其主旨是为其推行“仁政”服务。孔子讲利时 ,公利与私利并重 ,尤重为民谋利 ,而轻官吏为己谋利。孔子讲义 ,不是从一般意义上讲公利私利孰重孰轻 ,而是讲应该正确处理好公利与私利的关系 ;从本质上讲 ,义就是正确处理公利与私利矛盾的一种社会价值导向原则。作为享受俸禄的执政官吏 ,应“以义为质”,“谋道”为要 ,爱民为先 ,反对增加民众负担。对孔子义利观进行概括把握 ,其实质内容可表述为“重利贵义”。孔子义利观对现代官德建设具有重要的启示意义
Confucian values of righteousness and belonging belong to the category of official morality. Its ideological origins are based on Zhou Jing’s “Respecting People and Protecting the People” and the following “profitable” view at the time. Its main purpose is to promote “benevolent government”. When Confucius talked about profits, both public and private interests were emphasized, especially for the interests of the people, while the light officials earned profits for themselves. Confucius lectures, rather than from the general sense of public interest for personal advantages and disadvantages, but stresses that we should correctly handle the relationship between public interest and private interests; in essence, justice is the right to handle the contradiction between public interest and private interests, a social value-oriented principle. As the officials who enjoy the salary, they should take “justice as the quality” and “seek the road” as the priority, love the people as the first, and oppose increasing the burden on the people. To generalize and grasp the concept of Confucian justice and benefit, its essence can be described as “heavy and precious.” Confucianism, justice and benefit view have important enlightenment significance to the construction of modern official morality
