广州市财经职业教育集团从组建到快速发展,如今呈现出一种杂糅的矛盾体的状态,本文以道家思想的精神原则与义理思辨为方法,试图以“职业教育与培训的转型——培养工作与生活技能”为主旨,并提取广州市财经职业学校“厚德强技”的宗旨中德育元素,糅合“道德—知识—技能”作为核心主线,以探寻职业技术教育与培训对职教集团多元主体的影响与相互作用机制为路径,对职教集团的整合进行思考与辨析。
