食管贲门癌的经典手术不可避免地要切断迷走神经于,这是恶性肿瘤根治性手术的需要,人们对此并无异义,但由此而引起的胆道疾患确是不容忽视的临床问题。本文就我们近10年来在食管贲门癌外科治疗中遇到的17例各种胆道疾患作一分析。临床资料本组17例中,食管癌10例,贲门癌7例。男性13例,女性4例。汉族8例,维吾尔族5例,哈萨克族3例,克尔克孜族1例。平均年龄59.5岁(38～68岁)。术后1个月～3年中发生各种胆道问题者有10
Classic surgery for esophageal and cardiac cancers inevitably requires cutting off the vagus nerve. This is the need for radical surgery for malignant neoplasms. There is no sense in humans. However, the biliary tract disorders caused by this problem are indeed clinical problems that cannot be ignored. This article analyzes 17 cases of various biliary disorders that we encountered in the treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer surgery in the past 10 years. Clinical data of this group of 17 cases, 10 cases of esophageal cancer, cardiac cancer in 7 cases. There were 13 males and 4 females. There are 8 cases of Han nationality, 5 cases of Uygur, 3 cases of Kazakh, and 1 case of Krk and Dai. The average age is 59.5 years (38-68 years old). There were 10 patients with various biliary problems within 1 month to 3 years after operation.
