我国自1981年恢复发行国债以来,在党和各级行的正确领导下,筹集资金,支援国民经济建设起到了举足轻重的作用。因此要使兑付无记名国债工作进展更加顺利,可做好以下几点。 一、兑付无记名国债应加强宣传力度。每年兑付无记名国库券时,人民银行给各商业银行利息查算表,由逐年国债券期限、面值、利息等要素组成。各国有商业银行按兑付表执行,而广大人民群众并不知自己兑付某一年某一张无记名国债券的利率及利息,各行在兑付时,利息支付的正确与否,群众并不知道。笔者认为,应利用报纸、电视这一宣传媒介,对兑付无记名国债券 Since the restoration of the issuance of national debts in 1981, our country has played a pivotal role in raising funds and supporting the national economic construction under the correct leadership of the party and all levels.
