本文采用高效液相色谱法测定地黄中梓醇的含量。以 KYWG-C18为固定相,0.6%乙腈为流动相,UV检测波长为210nm,梓醇进样量在2~10μg与峰面积呈直线相关(r=0.9999;回归方程Y=0.0007158+0. 00004318X)。平均回收率为 99. 00%,RSD为 3. 38%(n=6)。并用该方法对河南产 16批鲜地黄和生地黄样品进行了梓醇含量测定。
This article uses high performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of sterols in Rehmannia. With KYWG-C18 as the stationary phase and 0.6% acetonitrile as the mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was 210 nm, and the furfuryl alcohol injection amount was linearly related to the peak area (r=0.9999; regression equation Y=0. .0007158+0. 00004318X). The average recovery rate was 99. 00%, RSD 3. 38% (n=6). This method was used to determine the sterol content of 16 batches of Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae prepared from Henan.
