北京长途电信局208微波站坐落在白云山上。全站23名职工,为了完成北京至东北电视传送的重任,他们常年累月战斗在白云山峰上。白云山位于平谷县,海拔一千多米,山上气候变化多端,夏天,山下气温三十多度,山上却时而寒若冬天,人们穿着棉衣,甚至还要穿上皮大衣。因此,不少职工经常感冒,有的还得了关节炎。英明领袖华主席和敬爱的叶副主席为体育工作的题词,使全站职工受到极大鼓舞,都表示要炼好身体,适应大干快上的需要,为实现四个现代化多做贡献。微波站党支部
