以12只成年杂种犬复制失血性休克动物模型,经三通颈动脉插管放血至平均动脉血压于5.3~6.7kPa,在实验过程中经放、输血,使血压维持于该水平。血小板扫描电镜观察结果,失血前血小板形态正常、无聚集;失血后1h血小板体积明显胀大,伪足减少可见轻微聚集;失血后3h血小板不仅明显肿胀、伪足减少,而且聚集成团;失血后5h血小板聚集成团块,体积缩小,伪足消失,呈崩解型。血清5—HT含量,自失血后第2h起显著地高于失血前水平。5-HIAA含量,自失血后第3h起高于失血前水平(P<0.01)。
Twelve adult mongrel dogs were used to replicate the hemorrhagic shock animal model. After the tee was inserted into the carotid artery, the arterial blood pressure was 5.3 to 6.7 kPa. During the experiment, the blood pressure was maintained at this level. The results of platelet scanning electron microscopy showed that platelets had normal morphology and no aggregation before blood loss; platelet volume swelled significantly at 1h after hemorrhage, and slight aggregation was observed at pseudopodia; platelets not only showed obvious swelling and pseudopodia at 3h after hemorrhage, but also aggregated; 5h platelets aggregated into clumps, the volume was reduced, pseudopodia disappeared, was disintegrating type. Serum 5-HT levels were significantly higher than pre-bleeding levels since the first 2 h after blood loss. The 5-HIAA content was higher than that before the blood loss from the 3h after the blood loss (P<0.01).
