一直到现在,天基电子有限公司的人力资源经理邓菁还非常怀念业务形势一片大好时公司的愉快氛围。天基电子是给国产手机代工生产、维修的厂商,在国产手机飙飞时,大肆引进生产线,发展成为拥有2000多人的电子公司,集手机研发、生产、维修于一体。“两年前的那段时间,大家对公司、对自己都非常有信心。”邓菁回忆说,“那时候,根本就不存在员工士气低落的问题,公司也不怎么重视流程管理,一切都以生产规模的扩大和业务拓展为中心。”但是随着国产手机在2004年的“寒流”,天基电子公司内部员工的士气也随之逐渐降到“冰点”。
