After China’s accession to the WTO, the new opportunities it has brought to our development not only directly affect the production sectors such as industry and agriculture, but also affect some cultural departments. Vigorously developing China’s media economy has become an important issue before us and requires us to give a scientific answer from the combination of theory and practice.
