利用Gleeble-3500热力模拟试验机在800~1 100℃,应变速率为0.01~10 s-1的条件下对一种核岛用钢P280GH进行了热压缩变形实验,测定了真应力-真应变曲线,对变形组织进行了系统分析,计算得到了该材料的热变形激活能数值,揭示了其不适合进行再结晶轧制的原因,并建立了该材料的本构方程,为进一步优化轧制工艺和产品性能控制提供理论依据。
A kind of nuclear island steel P280GH was subjected to hot compression deformation test at 800 ~ 1 100 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01 ~ 10 s-1 using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation tester. The true stress-true strain curve , The deformation of the microstructure was systematically analyzed, the thermal deformation activation energy of the material was calculated to reveal the reason is not suitable for recrystallization rolling, and established the constitutive equation of the material, in order to further optimize the rolling process And product performance control to provide a theoretical basis.
