在普遍实施素质教育的今天,音乐教育作为素质教育的重要组成部分,越来越受到各学校的重视。但在部分较为偏远的农村小学却严重的缺乏专职音乐教师。学校为了解决无人上音乐课的问题,只能让别科的任教老师代课。针对这一现象,笔者认为,对于现在在校的非音乐类师范生来说,音乐课堂能力的培养是教师职业培养的一部分,而音乐课堂能力的培养除了教师本身的音乐技能培养外,课堂应变能力的提高也尤为重要。
