3年来的第一轮承包,对企业设备管理工作有较大促进,值得认真总结和在下一轮承包中继续坚持。但是,由于各种配套措施不够完善,也出现一些问题,应认真加以研究解决。笔者认为新一轮承包应注意做好以下几项工作。1.客观公正地评价上一轮承包人的工作,通过召开厂长座谈会、职代会及承包人的谈心活动等形式,充分肯定承包人在设备管理工作中的成绩,找出差距,为下一轮承包奠定基础。2.针对企业具体情况,科学合理地确定下一轮承包指标和考核指标。现在列入承包合同的设备管理
The first round of contracting in the past three years has greatly facilitated the management of enterprise equipment. It is worthy of concluding and continuation in the next round of contracting. However, due to the incompleteness of various supporting measures and some problems, they should be carefully studied and resolved.
