随着国民经济和社会生产的发展,我国能源的刚性需求也随之增长,科学技术水平的提高也加大了对能源资源的勘查力度.我国能源总量虽然丰富,但人均能源拥有量较少,且能源利用效率较低,因而我国能源面临的形势仍然较为紧迫.目前,我国已成为世界上第三大能源生产国和第二大能源消费国,如何构建一个稳定、经济、安全的能源供应体系是我们面临的重大挑战,也是构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会的关键.本文主要探讨电气规划设计的节能措施,在不影响电器使用效果和保证电气使用质量的情况下,提高电能的利用效率,提升综合效益.
