面对激烈的外部竞争,开始专业化经营的邮政速递物流公司以市场为导向,进行了大刀阔斧的改革。薪酬分配制度作为推进企业现代化建设,促进企业又好又快发展的一项重要政策,首当其冲成为改革的重头戏。如何更好地解决现行薪酬分配制度中结构不尽合理,核心岗位薪酬水平缺乏市场竞争力,对员工的激励效应不强等一系列薪酬分配工作中的深层次问题,进一步提升员工对企业的满意度和工作积极性?笔者认为应该从“四个维度”建设着手。
