自1983年美国为了控制医疗费用开支、扼制过度医疗,对医院采用了相关诊断分组(DRGs)的管理方法,有效的控制了医疗费用过度增长,而DRGs的分组正是基于国际疾病分类的编码。20世纪末一些国家面对不断增长的医疗费用相继仿效采用DRGs方法进行医疗费用的管理,当前我国日益发展的医疗保险、按病种付费的管理办法仍存有一定的缺陷。为了更加合理有效的实施医疗费用的管理,各地都在关注探讨DRGs管理方法。现将有关DRGs的问题作一简单介绍。
Since 1983, in order to control medical expenses and curb excessive medical care, the United States adopted a management method for related diagnostic subgroups (DRGs) in hospitals to effectively control the excessive growth of medical expenses. The grouping of DRGs is based on the coding of the International Classification of Diseases. In the late twentieth century, some countries face the growing medical costs in succession to follow the DRGs approach to the management of medical expenses. At present, our country still has some shortcomings in the increasingly developed medical insurance and the payment-based management measures. In order to more reasonably and effectively implement the management of medical expenses, all localities are paying attention to discussing DRGs management methods. Now on the issue of DRGs for a brief introduction.
