近年来,高职院校毕业生就业率普遍较高。但是高职毕业生就业专业对口率较低,离职率高,工资偏低,社会保障不到位等问题也逐渐显现出来,我们称之为就业质量不高,究其根本原因,主要是高职院校人才培养没有体现高职优势,培养水平与社会需求脱节。学生是主体,对学生的专业学习进行个性化指导、对学生职业发展进行系统的规划,专家智能化的系统评价是关系到教学和专业改革的成效,最终影响学生的就业质量。
In recent years, the employment rate of higher vocational college graduates is generally high.
