目的和方法 :以激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察了无葡萄糖和无镁离子细胞外液对中毒剂量谷氨酸引起的大脑皮质神经细胞损伤作用的影响。结果 :无葡萄糖及无镁离子时均可使谷氨酸引起的神经细胞内钙振荡频率及幅度下降 ,但前者可使细胞内基础Ca2 +降低 ,后者可使细胞内基础Ca2 +增加。结论 :无镁可加重谷氨酸引起的细胞内Ca2 +超载 ,在一定条件下无葡萄糖可拮抗谷氨酸及无镁离子的损伤作用。
PURPOSE AND METHODS: Laser-confocal scanning microscopy was used to observe the effects of dextrose-free and magnesium-free extracellular fluid on neuronal damage induced by glutamate-induced cerebral cortical neurons. Results: Glucose-free and magnesium-free ions could decrease the frequency and amplitude of intracellular Ca2 + oscillations induced by glutamic acid. However, the former reduced the basal Ca2 +, while the latter increased the intracellular Ca2 +. Conclusion: Magnesium-free can aggravate glutamate-induced intracellular Ca2 + overload. Under certain conditions, no glucose can antagonize the damage of glutamate and magnesium-free ions.
