本文应用B超对1247例干部体检,共检出251例脂肪肝,发现脂肪肝发生率与肥胖呈明显相关性,且男性高于女性,部分重症化脂肪肝病人可导致肝功能障碍。
In this paper, 1247 cadres were examined with B-ultrasound, and 251 cases of fatty liver were detected. The incidence of fatty liver was significantly correlated with obesity, and the male was higher than female. Some patients with severe fatty liver disease could lead to liver dysfunction.
