作者对56例窒息新生儿和15例正常新生儿进行了心肌酶谱的动态观察。结果重度窒息组AST、CPK、CPD-MB、LDH、α-羟丁酸及LDH_1均明显高于轻度窒息组(P<0.02)及对照组(P<0.01),窒息组治疗前后(生后24小时内及生后5~7天)对比呈下降趋势,治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.02),指出窒息时心肌酶谱特别是CPK-MB的改变在心肌损害的判断上有重要意义,并有助于早期预测心功能的损害以便及时治疗,以免进一步发展为心衰及心源性休克。
