在石油化工企业中,脱硫醇装置及电精制装置中会排放大量的碱渣,这些碱渣中含有大量的硫化物、环烷酸盐、酚钠盐、游离碱等。在炼油过程中产生的碱渣废水,属于高浓度碱性生化有机废水,难以降解,如果任意排放,将对空气造成严重污染。本文结合当前石油化工企业碱渣废水的排放状况,对相关治理办法进行分析与阐述,以实现经济与环境的可持续发展,促进良性循环。
In the petrochemical industry, a large amount of caustic soda will be discharged from the sweetening unit and the electrofining unit. These caustic soda contains a large amount of sulfides, naphthenates, phenolates and free bases. Alkali residue wastewater generated in the refining process belongs to the high concentration of basic biochemical organic wastewater and is difficult to be degraded. If it is arbitrarily discharged, it will cause serious pollution to the air. Based on the discharge status of the caustic soda wastewater of the current petrochemical enterprises, this paper analyzes and elaborates the relevant governance measures in order to achieve the sustainable economic and environmental development and promote the virtuous circle.
