通过对初步设计好的飞轮进行有限元分析,对铸造成型过程进行模拟,根据分析模拟结果来判断飞轮结构、浇铸温度、冒口选择等是否合理。在实际成型之前用模拟软件排除可能隐患,缩短产品开发周期、节约资金,提高产品质量。
Through the finite element analysis of the initially designed flywheel, the casting and forming process is simulated. According to the analysis and simulation results, it is reasonable to determine the structure of the flywheel, casting temperature, riser selection and so on. In the actual shape before the simulation software to exclude potential problems, shorten the product development cycle, save money and improve product quality.
