随着我国课程改革的发展,各地的体育教学越来越贴近于地方性、具有校本特点,以往统一的课程计划,单一的课程结构和课程内容,已不能适应社会发展的需要,必须利用当地教育资源结合新课改精神,进行课程的整合改造,才能满足学生的多样化需要和社会需要。大兴安岭地区地处高寒地带,是祖国的北部边疆,这里有中小学校149所,中小学生66 538人。本地的最低气温-47.5℃,年平均气温-2.1℃,结冰期长达约151天,在这种恶劣的自然环境中进行体育教学十分困难。因此,我们经过多年的总结研究,对体育教学按季节性进行了合理划分,以便有效地促进学生的身心发展。
With the development of curriculum reform in our country, physical education in various places is more and more local and school-based. In the past, a unified curriculum plan, a single curriculum structure and curriculum content have been unable to meet the needs of social development and must use local education. The combination of resources with the spirit of the new curriculum reform and the integration and transformation of the curriculum can meet the diverse needs and social needs of students. The Daxinganling region is located in the alpine zone and is the northern frontier of the motherland. There are 149 elementary and junior high schools and 66,538 middle and primary school students. The local minimum temperature is -47.5°C, the annual average temperature is -2.1°C, and the icing period is as long as 151 days. It is very difficult to carry out physical education in this harsh natural environment. Therefore, after many years of summarizing research, we have made a reasonable division of sports teaching on a seasonal basis in order to effectively promote students’ physical and mental development.
