在讨论知识场概念的基础上,基于知识存量、知识状态及知识距离构建知识场三维模型,详细分析模型中各维的基本构成元素及影响因素。基于知识场模型讨论组织中实施有效知识管理的措施与方法,指出知识管理的有效实施是调整与控制合适的知识存量、确保知识处于合适的知识状态和控制知识与作用对象间的合理距离。
Based on the discussion of the concept of knowledge field, a three-dimensional model of knowledge field is constructed based on knowledge stock, knowledge status and knowledge distance, and the basic elements and influencing factors of each dimension in the model are analyzed in detail. Based on the knowledge field model, this paper discusses the measures and methods of implementing effective knowledge management in the organization, and points out that the effective implementation of knowledge management is to adjust and control the appropriate stock of knowledge to ensure that knowledge is in a proper state of knowledge and reasonable distance between knowledge and object.
