三航浦东分公司(以下称分公司)是一家主要从事混凝土制品的企业,在国内外几百项重大工程建设中摸爬滚打了五十年,为众多客户提供了一流的产品和优质的服务,成为我国混凝土制品行业知名的骨干企业。无论是过去还是现在,其产品、技术、服务等优势在行业内产生了强大的影响力,受到了市场和客户的热烈关注。然而,分公司上下并没有因此而自满,而是以强烈的进取精神,主动分析客观条件与所处位置对分公司发展定位的影响,以面向未来、战胜自我的勇气,积极思考如何培育先进的文化理念赢得挑战市场的主动权,如何利用不同于竞争对手的核心优势保持企业持续健康快速发展,如何创造高品质的综合实力履行“保障顾客,造福员工,回报社会”的企业宗旨等事关企业和员工生存发展的共性问题,最终作出了实施品牌建设发展战略的决定,并开展了近7年多的探索与实践。
