采用LHRH-A2、HCG和DOM混合注射催产技术及人工授精技术催产红鳍原鲌亲鱼,催产率达到82.13%,受精率达到95.18%。采用脱粘孵化技术和设施渔业技术进行苗种孵化培育,孵化率达到89.72%,苗种养殖成活率达到85.81%。采用当年孵化的苗种在网围中养殖,越冬后再放流模式可有效提高放流苗种存活率,转化增殖效果明显。该文旨在为红鳍原鲌人工繁殖、大型水域增殖和转化增值低值鱼类提供参考。
The oxytocin production rate reached 82.13% and the fertilization rate reached 95.18% using LHRH-A2, HCG and DOM mixed-injection oxytocin technology and artificial insemination technique. Using the technology of debonding hatching and fishery of facility, the hatching and breeding of seedlings were carried out. The hatching rate reached 89.72% and the seedling breeding survival rate reached 85.81%. The hatching of the current year of breeding in the network fence, overwintering and then releasing the release mode can effectively improve the survival rate of seedlings, the effect of transformation and proliferation was obvious. The aim of this paper is to provide reference for the artificial propagation of the redfin sole, the proliferation of large-scale waters and the transformation of low value-added fish.
