目的:为解决视网膜血管管径量化的自动寻优问题,实现“卡尺”读数的测定效果。方法:采用图象处理和计算机技术对视网膜血管管径进行量化,以二值变换后的视网膜血管图象为基础,建立线化无级扩大法和管径增量符号比较法。结果:解决管径边界的确切性关系,获得管径的自动寻优量值。结论:本法能克服管径测量点的边界选取随机性和量化的主观误差,有助于眼底血管病变的早期诊断、治疗监控和预后估计。
OBJECTIVE: To solve the problem of automatic optimization of retinal vascular diameter quantification, to achieve the effect of “caliper” reading. Methods: The diameter of retinal blood vessel was quantified by image processing and computer technology. Based on the binarized retinal blood vessel images, a linearized stepless expansion method and diameter incremental sign comparison method were established. Results: To solve the exact relationship between the diameter of the pipe diameter, get the diameter of the automatic optimization value. Conclusion: This method can overcome the randomness of the selection of the boundary of the measurement point and the subjective error of quantification, which is helpful for the early diagnosis, treatment monitoring and prognosis estimation of fundus vascular lesions.
