以四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷和间氯过氧化苯甲酸为原料,通过一步氧化反应制备了1种新型含硅氧烷液体环氧树脂(SiO-EP)。采用核磁、红外和质谱对该环氧树脂的结构进行了表征。采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)和热失重法(TGA)对SiO-EP/PN固化物进行了热性能分析,发现该树脂的玻璃化转变温度Tg为81℃,N2条件下700℃时燃烧残炭率高达62%。拉伸和弯曲测试表明该树脂具有良好的力学性能,其拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别为72MPa和103MPa。
A novel silicone-containing liquid epoxy resin (SiO-EP) was prepared by one-step oxidation using tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane and m-chloroperbenzoic acid as starting materials. The structure of the epoxy resin was characterized by NMR, IR and MS. The thermal properties of SiO-EP / PN cured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TGA) were investigated. The results showed that the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the resin was 81 ℃. When the temperature was 700 ℃ Residual carbon rate as high as 62%. Tensile and flexural tests show that the resin has good mechanical properties, tensile strength and flexural strength of 72MPa and 103MPa.
