目的:探讨复方四维亚铁散对大鼠铅中毒及钙/钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ(Ca MKⅡ)表达的影响。方法:将54例清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠抽签随机分为对应小儿复方四维亚铁散低剂量组(A组)、小儿复方四维亚铁散中剂量组(B组)、小儿复方四维亚铁散高剂量组(C组)、空白对照组(D组)、模型对照组(E组)、乙二胺四乙酸对照组(F组)6组,检测各组学习能力、记忆能力、Ca MKⅡ表达及全血与脑组织血铅浓度。结果:E组至平台时间显著高于D组,且有效区停留次数为各组最低,与D组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B、C 3组至平台时间显著低于E、F组,而有效区停留时间相对较高,有效区停留次数均高于E、F组,与E组比较,F组大鼠至平台时间较短,而有效区停留时间及次数均高于F组;A、B、C组峰电位群幅度及维持时间呈递增趋势,D组峰电位群幅度及维持时间为各组最高,E组峰电位群幅度及维持时间均低于F组;D组Ca MkⅡm RNA、Ca MkⅡ蛋白水平显著高于另外5组,A、B、C两项指标呈现递增趋势(P<0.05),且均高于E、F组,E组Ca MkⅡ、Ca MkⅡ均低于F组。全血及脑组织铅浓度,A、B、C组呈递减趋势,均低于E、F组,而E、F组比较以E组明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:小儿复方四维亚铁散可提高大鼠Ca MKⅡ表达水平,具有较强排铅功能,为治疗儿童铅中毒提供理论依据。

The levels of lead in whole blood and brain tissue showed a decreasing trend in groups A, B and C, which were lower than those in groups E and F, while those in groups E and F were significantly higher than those in group E (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Pediatric compound SIV can increase the expression level of Ca MKⅡ in rats and has a strong lead-discharging function, providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of lead poisoning in children.
