目的:研究当归调经冲剂中阿魏酸的定量分析方法,为其质量标准的建立提供依据。方法:采用C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(v/v,37:63)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长316nm。结果:RP-HPLC测定的线性范围为0.0232~0.2552μg,相关系数r=0.9999,加样回收率为99.40%,RSD=1.60%。结论:建立的方法快速、简便、结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于当归调经冲剂中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To study the quantitative analysis method of ferulic acid in Danggui Tiaojing Granules and to provide basis for the establishment of its quality standard. METHODS: A C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (v/v, 37:63) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 316 nm. Results: The linear range determined by RP-HPLC was 0.0232-0.2552 μg. The correlation coefficient r was 0.9999. The recovery of the sample was 99.40% and the RSD was 1.60%. Conclusion: The established method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid in Danggui Tiaojing Granules.
