如同移动通信已从2G时代走向3G时代一样,企业管理科学的发展也已步入全面风险管理阶段。企业管理科学的进步无不是建立在大量成功或失败的基础上的。因此,进取的企业必须要善于借他山之玉,不断提升自身的管理水平和综合竞争实力。本文从企业现行管理体系的基本特点及风险管理能力的构成要素入手,对企业风险管理体系建设的基本方略进行一些浅显的分析。
Just as mobile communications have moved from the 2G era to the 3G era, the development of enterprise management science has entered a stage of comprehensive risk management. The progress of business management science is based on a great deal of success or failure. Therefore, aggressive enterprises must be good at borrowing others’ jade, and constantly improve their management level and overall competitive strength. This article starts with the basic characteristics of the current management system of the enterprise and the components of the risk management ability, and makes some simple analyzes on the basic strategy of the construction of the enterprise risk management system.
