病历摘要 患者,男性,35岁,连长,住院号171388,1972年6月起劳累时头昏、头胀。1975年夜尿增多,每晚2~6次,多时达每小时1次,口渴思饮。1977年10月双下肢无力,血压150/100,面部及下肢浮肿,曾按“高血压病”治疗,血压偶可正常,不久又升至190/130。1982年4月持续服降压药治疗无效,双下肢无力补钾后症状有时缓解,但终因四肢无力,行走困难于1982年7月14日住我院心肾科。
