我国西部地区煤炭资源极其丰富,陕、甘、宁、青、新和内蒙西部的煤炭资源,约占全国煤炭预测储量的百分之六十。其中新疆的远景储量就有一万六千亿吨,占全国预测储量的百分之三十七,居全国第一位;陕西的预测储量居全国第四位。西部煤炭资源的探明储量约为三千五百二十亿吨。探明储量的煤矿区,主要分布在陕、甘、宁、内蒙接壤的广阔长廊地带,这里和山西能源基地之间隔着黄河,两岸实际上是一个统一的能源基地。这个地区的煤炭,如按每年开采二十亿吨计可供全国使用一百年左右。面对如此丰富的煤炭资源,我们应该采取什么战略决策?下边谈谈我们的一些粗浅设想。
The coal resources in western China are extremely rich. The coal resources in Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinhe and Inner Mongolia are about 60% of the predicted reserves of coal in the country. Of the total, Xinjiang has a total of 1.6 trillion tons of long-term reserves, accounting for 37% of the country’s estimated reserves, ranking the first in the country. Shaanxi has the fourth largest reserve in the country. The proven reserves of western coal resources are about 352 billion tons. Proved reserves of coal mines, mainly distributed in Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia vast promenade bordering here and Shanxi Energy Base separated by the Yellow River, the two sides are actually a unified energy base. Coal in this area, for example, can be used nationwide for about one hundred years if it is designed to produce 2 billion tons per year. In the face of such a rich coal resources, we should take what strategic decision? Below to talk about some of our superficial ideas.
