目的用中西医结合方法治疗放化疗同步所致骨髓抑制的疗效. 方法对331例常规剂量放化疗同步治疗的恶性肿瘤患者化疗结束当日查血常规,确定白细胞减少程度,对低于标准者随机分为3组,即单用G-CSF组(第1组);G-CSF+中药煎剂组(第2组);G-CSF+中药煎剂+肌苷注射剂组(第3组);从化疗结束后第2日起,第一组,单用G-CSF注射剂150μg,每日一次皮下注射,共用8天～10天;第2组,G-CSF同量同法用4～6天并分别在化疗开始、结束时加用中药煎剂各5剂;第3组,G-CSF同量同法用2～3天,中药同2组
