1. The task of building a harmonious world is a complex, arduous task, but fulfillment of this task is possible.In recent years, Hu Jintao, President of China, has, on several inteational occasions, called for a harmonious region, a harmonious Asia and a harmonious world.Obviously, the call comes as an expansion of Chinas domestic target of building a harmonious society. This is not an expansion of the domestic target purely in volume or pace, as the call transcends boundaries of states with a view to developing social harmony under conditions much more coplex than those existent in China.
