城市土地利用规划及住宅区开发应重视土地的适宜性评价。本文探讨了居住用地适宜性评价的指标体系，并建立了居住用地适宜性评价的模糊综合评价模型，通过实际应用说明，评价结果是符合实际情况的。
City land use planning and development of residential areas should pay attention to land suitability evaluation. This paper discusses the index system of residential land suitability evaluation, and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for suitability of residential land. Through actual application description, the evaluation results are in line with the actual situation.
