社会学视野中的角色是指社会角色,社会角色是指社会地位的外部表现,是社会期望与社会规范同角色主题行为的相互融合。教师角色是指教师表现出来的由教师特定的社会地位所决定的能符合社会对其期望的一种行为模式。教师作为社会人,经常往来于学校、社会和家庭之模,并享有较高的社会资本;身处学校,教师面对学生化身为真理的象征,要注意自己的仪表言行;身处家庭,教师要明白怎样有效转换身份做合格的父母及儿女,完美的教师角色扮演能成就自我,教师通过专业发展能实现自我。
