我厂是一家中型肉食加工冷藏企业,今年在全省肉食企业难以为继的情况下,从企业现状出发,完善改革措施,发挥“拳头”优势,加强企业管理,硬化扭亏增盈责任,在今年的扭亏增盈工作中取得了显著成绩。到11月底止,完成销售额1 454万元,比去年同期增长23.5%,实现利润8.1万元,比去年同期减亏增盈53.1万元,在全省同行业中名列前茅,回顾一年来的工作,我们主要抓住了以下几个方面。1 从实际出发 完善改革措施 建立良好的运行机制
